All services are paid in advance or at the time of service. We do not participate with insurance companies for reimbursement but we will gladly supply you with a receipt or Superbill so you may seek reimbursement. A superbill is a detailed, itemized statement or receipt from a healthcare provider that includes specific information like the patient's details, dates of service, diagnostic and procedure codes, and fees, used by patients to seek reimbursement from their insurance company for out-of-network or uncovered services. It serves as the main data source for a healthcare claim, providing the necessary medical coding that an invoice or a standard bill doesn't typically include for insurance purposes

In New Jersey, direct access allows patients to see a licensed physical therapist without a physician’s referral for evaluation and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions. This means you can begin receiving physical therapy care promptly, while the therapist assesses your needs and determines if further medical clearance is necessary. All physical therapy services are provided in accordance with the New Jersey State Physical Therapy Practice Act (P.L.1983, c.296) and the regulations set forth by the State Board of Physical Therapy Examiners. Services are delivered under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist, as defined by N.J.S.A. 45:9-37.13.
