Since 1999, I’ve dedicated my work to helping people heal — physically, emotionally, and energetically. As a licensed physical therapist, I’ve supported countless individuals in relieving pain, restoring movement, and reclaiming their independence. Over time, I came to understand that true healing reaches far beyond the body — it involves the mind, emotions, spirit, and even the spaces we live in.

That realization became the foundation for Vibration Coaching & Physical Therapy, where I blend traditional hands-on care with a holistic approach to alignment and energy awareness. My work now bridges the science of the body with the wisdom of the soul — helping clients uncover and shift the deeper patterns that influence how they move, feel, and live.

My passion for this work runs deep because I’ve lived it. After enduring over 15 years of chronic pain and a heightened nervous system, I learned how to truly listen to my body and rewire the way I experienced both pain and stress. That journey taught me that healing isn’t just about fixing what’s wrong... it’s about understanding what your body is trying to tell you and creating space for transformation to occur.

Along the way, I’ve also navigated many of life’s transitions: building and selling a business, raising two incredible kids, moving through marriage, divorce, and rediscovery, and finding my voice again in a new chapter of life. Through it all, one truth has remained — healing begins when we learn to align our energy with who we truly are.

Through the 4 Pathways of Alignment: Mind, Body, Soul, and Space.  I help people move from pain and overwhelm into clarity, strength, and connection. My mission is to guide others toward lives that don’t just look good on the outside but feel authentic, peaceful, and vibrant from within.
